We are always happy to talk to parents about their child’s needs but here are some questions that come up regularly but if there is anything else you’d like to discuss please don’t hesitate to get in touch

What age children do you take?

Sticky Fingers are 12months – 4 year olds

OASTies After School club are 5 – 11 year olds

Sticky Fingers and OASTies Holiday Club  are 12 months – 11 year olds

Does Sticky Fingers offer 2 and 3 year old funding?

Yes, Sticky Fingers offer 15 hours for eligible 2 year olds and 15 hours for every 3 year old and 30 hours for eligible 3 year olds.

What happens if I'm late picking up my child?

 If you are late picking up your child we would ask for you to contact the setting, to let us know you will be late and staff will stay with your child until you arrive.

After 6 pm you will be charged £5 for every 15 minutes you run over the pickup time.

You can pre-book until 6.30pm for a £5 charge if you know you will not make 6 pm.

You can also give authorisation for another person to pick up your child, children will not be released to unauthorised persons

Do you provide lunch?

Sticky Fingers can provide a hot lunch in term time only for £2.15 per lunch from Chartwells at Wadhurst Primary School.

My child has special educational needs can you accommodate their requirements?

Sticky Fingers and OASTies are committed to providing care and education for children of all abilities. Two members of our staff are trained SENCO’s (Special Educational Needs Co-ordinators).
